Delete your Outdoor account

In the app

1. Open Outdoor and open the menu.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Tap Delete account.
4. Type DELETE and confirm.

Your account is deleted straight away, and you're signed out on that phone.

Without the app

Email team.outdoor.in@gmail.com from the address you signed in with, with the subject "Delete my account". We'll delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.

What gets deleted

• Your profile: name, city and profile photo
• The sports, teams and tournaments you follow
• Your notification settings, device tokens and notification history
• Your sign-in with Google or Apple

What we keep

Booking and payment records that the law requires us to keep, for example for tax and accounting, for as long as it requires, and for no other use. Your theme and reading progress live only on your phone and go when you uninstall the app.

Your waitlist sign-up

Joining the waitlist is separate from having an account. To remove your waitlist details, email team.outdoor.in@gmail.com.
