Legal
Terms of use
Last updated 10 October 2026
These terms cover your use of theoutdoor.in and the Outdoor app. By using either, you agree to them. Outdoor is run by [Legal name], [Registered address], India ("Outdoor", "we").
Using Outdoor
- You need to be 18 or older, or have a parent or guardian's permission.
- Keep your sign-in secure. You're responsible for what happens in your account.
- Don't misuse Outdoor: no attempts to break or overload it, copy its data in bulk, pretend to be someone else, or post anything unlawful or abusive.
Scores, schedules and news
We gather scores, fixtures and news from public sources, and summarise news in short cards with a link to the original. They can be delayed or occasionally wrong, so don't rely on them where money is at stake, including betting. Matches in progress show a Live badge rather than a score for this reason.
Venue bookings
- Venues are run by their owners, not by Outdoor. Each venue sets its own rules, prices and opening hours.
- The price, and the cancellation and refund terms that apply, are shown before you pay. Refunds follow those terms.
- Arrive on time and follow the venue's rules. A venue can refuse entry if you don't.
- If something goes wrong with a booking, write to us and we'll help sort it out with the venue.
Your content
If you add a profile photo or other content, it stays yours. You allow us to store it and show it in Outdoor so the app works.
Our content
The Outdoor name, logo, mascot, designs and software belong to us. Team names, crests and the news we link to belong to their owners.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Outdoor running, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. Features will change while we build. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.
Liability
Outdoor is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses, or for losses caused by venues, third-party services or events outside our control. Nothing here limits the rights you have under consumer protection law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes go to the courts of [City].
Changes to these terms
We'll update the date above, and tell you in the app when a change is significant.
